If we didnt have potatoes life would probably have less starch. Mcdonalds wouldnt have greasy, salty, tasty fries. People would probably not be as fat from sitting on the couch eating potato chips. More people would be devasted that mashed potatoes werent even a side they could have for dinner. Then again, if we didnt even know of the existence of potatoes such as Englan in Chaucer's day, we wouldnt even miss them. If we had no clue what a potato was, then life would be just plain.
